Our chef has more than 30 years of experience in the most renowned restaurants in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros on Av. Benito Juárez, in the Villa Olga sector with the characteristics that every good taster, cigar lover and a good place you are looking for.
Our experience consists of excellent food, a captivating atmosphere, attentive service, a large wine cellar, where we can find the most varied and quality selection in the city and a great selection of the best cigars in the country in our exclusive place.
Our menu offers a culinary experience that allows us to taste imported cuts of meat, exquisite cold cuisine, where we have great influence from Nikkei cuisine. We have a variety of Creole dishes taken to haute cuisine and an Italian influence with a section of pastas and risottos. Both imported and local, we also offer fish and shellfish, which are our customers’ favorites.
You can choose between our 4 different environments, among them; the exclusive non-smoking room that maintains a unique synergy in the national territory, and makes it ideal for couples or to share with the family. A private room, ideal for meetings, small talks or to share with your loved ones in a reserved environment.
A front terrace and also our most important area, a rear terrace, ideal for having a good time, in a business meeting, sharing with family or friends, always enjoying a good Dominican cigar.
As for our selection of cigars, in Saga we can find the best selection of the largest producers in the country, members of Procigar, among these we have the house cigars, made by the Reyes Family, which has six generations within the tobacco industry, we can highlight two brands: Don Julio Punta Espada and Saga with its lines Golden Age, Blend No. 7 and Short Tales.
Saga Restaurant & Cigar Club was born out of a need, felt by Augusto Reyes, founder, when he could not find a restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros where he could dine and smoke cigars in peace with a large group of people, without disturbing anyone. For this reason, in 2015, Saga began to excite our city with an environment where smokers can enjoy their cigar and also a gastronomic experience of the highest quality.
The desire to eat well is a custom of our family, the Reyes family, and for this reason, being able to offer dishes and drinks that exceed the expectations of our customers is our mission, which together with our main values, service and innovation, form the “Saga Experience”.
